Order of Christian initiation for Adults (OCIA)

OCIA Registration

This program is for adults 18 years of age or older who have not been baptized and/or haven’t received their 1st Communion and/or Confirmation

  • Location
    • Religious Formation Patio

  • Age
    • 18 years of age or older and have not been baptized, received 1st Communion and/ or Confirmation

  • Documents needed
    • Original Birth Certificate (no copies)
    • Certificate of any sacrament(s) already received (no copies)

  • Sponsor Documents Needed
    • An updated Baptismal Certificate with notations
      • Notations must include 1st Communion, Confirmation, and Marriage (If applicable)

      • Sponsor MUST take a Pre-Baptismal Class prior to candidate receiving the sacraments. (Our Lady of Guadalupe offers Pre-Baptismal Classes. For more information, click here)
  • Donation
    • $100 donation for formation

  • ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS MUST BE PRESENTED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION
